TidyUp: Product Data Cleanup is a Shopify app made by Pat's Designs, a web design studio based in Glendale, California. This policy explains what store data TidyUp reads and stores, how it is used, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
To check and fix your catalog, TidyUp reads your products, variants, inventory, metafields, sales channels, store languages, time zone and currency. It keeps the access token Shopify issues when you install the app, so it can run scans and apply the fixes you choose.
TidyUp stores your recent scan results, a log of the changes it makes so any fix can be undone, your settings, your plan details (including Early Bird seats), and any messages you send through the support form.
TidyUp does not collect customer or order data, or any information about your shoppers. It uses no cookies, tracking or analytics.
Store data is used only to run TidyUp's features and to answer your support requests. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
Render hosts the app and its database in the United States. Resend delivers support email. Shopify provides your store data and handles installation and billing.
TidyUp keeps your data while the app is installed. When you uninstall, Shopify asks TidyUp to erase your store's data 48 hours later, and TidyUp deletes it. Only an anonymous count of Early Bird seats remains.

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date.
